In Inaugural Season, AIPHS Boys and Girls Basketball Teams Find Their Form Before Post-Season

With three games remaining in the regular season, the AIMS Athletic Department sat down with AIPHS Golden Eagles Head Basketball Coach Jermaine Worley and Lady Eagles Head Basketball Coach Charnise Jones as both teams are on the verge of the playoffs during AIPHS’s historic first inaugural basketball seasons.  

"Don't Call It A Comeback!" - Lady Eagles Defeat Rival Oakland Charter 3-2 In Epic Game of the Year!

(Oakland, CA) After losing the first two sets in a capacity crowd at Oakland’s Soldier Town gym, Coach Cassandra Choi and the AIPHS Lady Eagles Volleyball Team (8-2) pulled off an epic come from behind victory to defeat rival Oakland Charter (8-2) 3-2 in five sets (21-25); (18-25); (25-19); (25-20); (17-15). With tonight’s victory, the Lady Eagles move to 2nd place in the BACSAC Division B standings with two matches left in the regular season before next week’s Divisional Playoffs.

Up next, the Lady Eagles will play Silver Oak High School, this Thursday, October 11, at 5PM, at Soldier Town gym, in Oakland, CA. All AIMS community members are asked to wear their AIMS gear and to support the Lady Eagles to victory!

Lady Eagles Improve to 7-2; Face Rival Oakland Charter In Critical Matchup

(Oakland, CA) Coach Cassandra Choi and the AIPHS Lady Eagles Volleyball Team won tonight's game against John Henry High School 3-0 and improved their record to (7-2) for the season!

Up next, the Lady Eagles will play rival Oakland Charter High School, this Wednesday, October 10, at 5PM, at Soldier Town, 31 4th Street, in Oakland, CA.  All AIMS supporters are asked to attend tomorrow's matchup and wear their AIMS swag or Red & Gold attire to support our team to victory.
